Blank player
Wait a few seconds before assuming the player failed. Browser games can take a moment to load the game page, scripts, and player runtime.
If the frame remains blank, refresh the page once. Then open the standalone game page; play sources lists the remaining options.

Use this order so you know which step helped:
- Wait for the first load to finish.
- Press Restart once after a timeout.
- Open the standalone game page in a new tab.
- Try a different browser only if the direct page also fails.
The frame is blocked
An embedded frame and a direct page can be treated differently by a browser, extension, or network. Use Open in New Tab before assuming the game file is unavailable.
If the direct page opens, keep the guide in the original tab and play in the new one. You do not need to download an installer or switch off browser protection.
Keys or sound do not work
Click inside the player to give it focus. If the game reacts but audio is muted, check the browser tab audio state and click the player again.
Avoid fullscreen until the normal player works. The controls page has the safest order for testing input.
The original Kongregate instructions are Right Arrow to run, Left Arrow to stop, and Up Arrow to jump. They do not list Down Arrow or Space.
Network blocks
Some networks block embedded game frames. That does not always mean the game is unavailable; direct opening can still work.
Start with the homepage player, then use Open in New Tab. If you still cannot load it, return to the play guide and try again later.
On a managed school or workplace network, do not use proxies or change security settings. Test again on a network where you have permission to play, or use the source links later from another device.
When to try another source
Use another listed source only after the local player and standalone page have both failed. Open one source at a time, confirm that it names the same game, and close pages that request unexpected downloads or permissions.
